1. What is the minimum order quantity? How to get samples for testing?

The MOQ is 1 pcs. Pls contact us for sample fee and shipping fee. The shippment of sample is usually by express, takes about 5-10 days.

Shipping methods depend on the order quantity, destination, and customer requirements. Express Delivery: DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. (recommended for samples and urgent order) Air Freight: Suitable for urgent bulk shipments. Sea Freight: The most economical option for large-volume orders. Customers may use their own courier account or designate their preferred freight forwarder. Alternatively, we can arrange the shipment and provide a competitive freight quotation before shipping.

Lead time depends on the order quantity and product specifications. Standard Products Up to 50 pcs: 3 working days 51–200 pcs: 7 working days 201–500 pcs: 15 working days For orders over 500 pcs or customized products, please contact our sales team for the estimated lead time.

Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of analysis Certificate of Origin (FORM E), Health Certificate issued by ClQ with embassy legalized, Bill of Loading, REACH etc.The documents will be sent by Express within 24 hours against your full payment.

Our electric ball valve are guaranteed for 14 month after delivery. We guarantee to repair or provide spare parts or replace faulty product. There are situations that are not covered though, for the details, please consult your sales executive.
