LoRaWAN Wireless Electric Brass Ball Valve

  • Small size, easy for installation.
  • Class A Battery powered,low power consumption, long battery life. Receives and executes commands within a specific time frame.
  • Class B Battery powered, high power consumption, short battery life. Executes commands around 8 minutes after receiving them.
  • Class C Real-time control, DC power supply (default 3.6V DC).
  • Anti-lockup function, open/close valve once a month to avoid lock-up.
  • Normally receive and execute instructions every 24 hours for long service life, the frequency is settable.

 

The Flomarvel LoRaWAN Wireless Electric Actuator Brass Ball Valve provides reliable remote control for a variety of scenarios, such as condominium water management system, smart water measuring system, municipality water supply system, irrigation system,  etc.

FH-L series LoRaWAN wireless ball valve – an all-in-one battery operated valve is designed to be controlled on a network server platform with LoRaWAN communication.

The ball valve sends back data (valve status or operation history etc.) to platform on a set frequency, such as every 24 hours through a gateway.

And the open/close valve instruction could be sent out on the platform to gateway, then to the ball valve.

The ball valve will execute the instruction on a set frequency.

The reason why the LoRaWAN ball valve could be powered simply by a battery and last 10 years is not only because LoRaWAN communication consumes low power, but also because class A communication mode is not real-time communication, it communicates on a set frequency, which enables low power consumption. Class C communication is for real-time communication, and it normally requires external power supply. We have our design for Class C, please contact with us for more details.

FAQ

  • What are the differences between N.C. (Normally Closed) and N.O. (Normally Open) valves?

         Normaly Closed vaves remain closed when power off and open only when power on.

         Normaly Open valves allow flow by default and close when power on.

  • What is the IP (Ingress Protection) rating of this valve?

         IP67. For permanent outdoor installation, they should be installed under a cover or within a protective enclosure to avoid prolonged exposure to rain.

  • Is this valve certified for potable water?

         Yes. Flomarvel stainless steel ball valves are certified to NSF 61 and are approved for safe use with potable (drinking) water.

  • Is OEM/ODM service available?
         Yes. With extensive experience in OEM and ODM projects, we have the expertise to customize our products to meet your specific requirements.
  • How many days is the lead time?
         For standard products, when the order quantity is less than 50pcs, the lead time would be about 3 working days;
         when the order quantity is 50-200 pcs, the lead time would be 7-10 working days, for 200-1000pcs order, it would be 15-20 working days.
  • What is the MOQ?
         Actually we don’t have requirement about the MOQ, because for most clients, they would need to test sample first, which could be 2 pcs.
  • What is your warranty policy?
         Our electric ball valve are guaranteed for 12 month after delivery. We guarantee to repair or provide spare parts or replace faulty product.
